At Soccer XS, we're always on the lookout for passionate, qualified, and experienced soccer coaches, sports professionals and interns who are eager to make a lasting impact on young athletes.

Whether you're just starting your coaching journey or you're a seasoned professional, we offer a variety of exciting opportunities. Our programs range from developmental coaching roles for players ages 4–10, to more advanced positions working with competitive travel and high school-level players ages 9–15.

Coaching roles are offered as independent contractor positions, with the bulk of sessions running from March through November. For high-performing staff with year-round availability, additional coaching opportunities are also available during our Summer Camps and Winter Training Clinics.
