A UEFA B‑licensed coach, Rob launched Soccer XS in 2008, a professional coaching and consulting organization based in Windsor, CT to provide clubs, camps, clinics, and players with top-tier training and structured development programs.

Under his leadership, Soccer XS has grown into a respected resource for club partnerships, summer camps, winter clinics, specialized futsal and more, delivering curriculum-based sessions driven by player-first philosophies.
