With over two decades immersed in the world of soccer, Rob Lamb is a seasoned leader, coach, and entrepreneur whose dedication has shaped youth soccer development across Connecticut and beyond.

A UEFA B‑licensed coach, Rob launched Soccer XS in 2008, a professional coaching and consulting organization based in Windsor, CT to provide clubs, camps, clinics, and players with top-tier training and structured development programs.

Under his leadership, Soccer XS has grown into a respected resource for club partnerships, summer camps, winter clinics, specialized futsal and more, delivering curriculum-based sessions driven by player-first philosophies. Rob’s emphasis on coach education and ongoing mentorship not only supports his internal coaching with a rich professional culture, but also builds a lasting legacy of high-performance coaching.

Rob’s own coaching journey is marked by hands-on experience and continual growth. His multiple international and US coaching qualifications underscore a deep technical and tactical grounding, while his role as a trusted soccer consultant means he’s developed programming and training models tailored to diverse age groups, backgrounds, and skill levels.

BIO

Noah is a lifelong soccer player with passion and experience in athletic development and event management.

Noah’s soccer background is extensive as he has been a part of two premier soccer clubs in Connecticut. Noah has has also taken part in the United States Olympic Development Program (ODP CT) for boys soccer, as well as recreational, travel and high school soccer.

Noah holds his bachelor's degree in Sports Management & Leadership from the University of New Hampshire, and is currently obtaining his USSF coaching licenses.

Noah works to manage business operations and ensure our youth athletes, coaches and partner clubs are provided with the proper training structure and guidance to help them reach their full potential.
